I promised myself two things in the new year

1. Take loads more photos
2. Update my blog more often

I’m failing at both so far…

It’s been a while since I even looked at this site, it looks like shite on Windows - no Helvetica Neue, uses Arial as a poor substitute.

And how the hell are you supposed to enter ‘tab’ in a text area? I’m using a Firefox extension called It’s All Text!, which means I can type textarea stuff using my fave text editor (vim on windows, textmate on Mac)

I need to re-write this blog, this one took about ten minutes using CodeIgniter - a pretty nifty PHP framework, but I’ve since discovered Doctrine - a kick arse PHP ORM, which is much more powerful than CodeIgniters ‘Active Record’ database abstraction layer.
